Spring is coming to Calgary...but it's slow. After weeks of cold temperatures we finally had a week of sunshine and warmth and the snow is going. Today was a day for sitting by the Bow River in your lunch hour and watching the last of the river ice melt.

ReplyDeleteIt's great to see the ice melt. Most of our ice is gone,,,but we have snow in shady places. Nice photo!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of those places I probably would go back to, and shoot maybe once a month or so. A great way to see the changing seasons.
ReplyDeleteI think that's a great idea Steffe. There is actually a cycle/running path along the river and so there's always lot's of activity here...but the benches are usually empty in winter!
